1. Product features and uses

This product is suitable for 6 '/8' joinery board solid wood core board production.The specification lath made from the raw materials such as small path log, rotary cutting wood core and material sheet skin is made into the whole format solid wood core board through gluing, splicing, heating and other processes.

2. Main structure and features

The machine uses steam as heating medium (or hot oil) and is equipped with hydraulic system for automatic plate-making.It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and high production efficiency.

The machine is mainly composed of mechanical loading, push plate mechanism, heating system and other parts, the frame column is welded with channel steel, connected with channel steel, I-steel, loading part is composed of manual plate, pressure beam and side top device;The push-back plate is composed of oil cylinder, hydraulic station and synchronous device.The heating tube is made of special square tube material and is not easy to deform.The lower heating tube is fixed on the I-steel, and the upper heating tube can be raised or lowered by manual adjustment.The splicing plate is raised by the flap cylinder, pressed by the pressing cylinder, and then pushed horizontally by the side top device. The push plate is pushed into the heating channel to spell out the whole core plate.
