The veneer to be splicing is placed on the front feeding conveyor belt, and the deviation adjustment device on the conveyor belt will automatically correct the veneer, and the corrected veneer will be sent to the front guillotine for edge cutting.The front and back ends of each veneer need to be flush, so as to ensure that the whole veneer is seamless.The position of the blade is controlled by the high precision rotary encoder and the high sensitivity micro switch to achieve the best splicing effect and the least waste of edge material.After the wood veneer is equalized, it will be transmitted to the subsequent section by the transmission chain, and the cutting edge material will be automatically discharged to the waste tank at the bottom of the equipment.After trimming, the section is to add silk thread and glue.The front section of the veneer is automatically coated with a hot melt adhesive and then docked to the front section of the veneer.After docking, the veneer continues to move forward. At this time, the hot melt adhesive thread pressed on the copper wheel will evenly press on the veneer floor.Because the copper wheel is immersed in the cooling water, it will speed up the curing effect of the hot melt adhesive, and the glue line will firmly stick to the bottom of the wood veneer.In this way, all the different sizes of wood veneer will be glued together as a whole.

The integrated veneer continues to drive backward, and when detected by a photoelectric switch in a good position at the tail, the guillotine after the host performs a guillotine cutting action to cut off the connected integral veneer.In other words, the actual position of the rear photoelectric switch determines the splicing length required by the veneer.
