The sanding machine is suitable for particleboard, MDF, plywood, bamboo and non-wood (gypsum, calcium silicate, etc.) wood-based panel production line sanding, through the above various boards can get higher thickness of the finished board.The 4+2 sanding section composed with MM 5813 DR-RP is commonly used in the wood-based panel production line with annual output of 15,000-50,000 m3.Main features:

1) PLC control, touch screen operation display, high thickness accuracy, accurate and reliable display, to ensure that the thickness error of the plate after grinding within ± 0.1mm;

2) The configuration of 75 kW×2 high-power motor can realize the strong sand cutting of the processed plate;

3) Under normal circumstances, the two sides of the plate is implemented in the same amount of sand;

4) In the process of work, the feeding control adopts frequency conversion automatic speed regulation.
