The pre-press is one of the main equipment for producing particleboard and density board.The prepressed slabs are loaded into the machine through the plate mounting machine, and the semi-finished wood-based panels are made by the high temperature of the hot pressing plate and the appropriate pressure provided by the hydraulic system.This equipment is the most critical equipment in the whole wood-based panel production process.The slab that can install the shop is pressed, the density board after pressing and particleboard, its surface has level off smooth, thickness is even.The MDF has no precuring layer and so on.It can choose to press products of different thickness in the range of 3-35mm.
