 Working principle of three-channel hot air dryer: high temperature hot air and wet materials together into the central cylinder, and then turn, flow along the middle annular channel, again back, through the outer annular channel, to the discharge of the drying cylinder.The material in each channel is conveyed under high temperature air flow pressure and dried in suspension state. There are blades in the channel to carry scattered materials.Tiny particles pass through the dryer almost at the same speed as the air flow.The wet and heavy materials in the middle and outer annular channels fall from the material flow, but are carried up by the blades again due to the rotation of the drying cylinder and return to the air flow, constantly surrounded by the dry medium.Under the action of this movement, the smaller particles can be quickly dried, and quickly discharged from the drying cylinder.The wetter bulk debris stays in the drying cylinder for a longer time.This allows for a more uniform drying of the material.When the hot air flows with the material, intense heat and mass exchange will occur.
