The sander is suitable for the wood-based board production line with annual output of 30,000-50,000 m3, such as particleboard, MDF and multilayer plywood.Through the sand cutting of all kinds of boards, the finished boards with small thickness error and high surface quality can be obtained.Main features:

1) PLC control, touch screen operation display, high thickness accuracy, accurate and reliable display, to ensure that the thickness error of the plate after grinding within ±0.1mm;

2) The configuration of 90KW×2+75KW×2 high-power motor can realize the strong sand cutting of the processed plate;

3) Under normal circumstances, the two sides of the plate is implemented in the same amount of sand;

4) In the process of work, the feeding control adopts frequency conversion automatic speed regulation.
