Main theoretical basis of hot grinding fiber separation process:

1) Make full use of the characteristics of high lignin content and low lignin softening point in the intercellular layer of plant fibers, heat the raw material to 160~180 degrees by saturated steam;

2) Thermoplasticity of lignin, that is, lignin is softened by heat and hardened after cooling.So the hot grinding method must be at the same time of heating softening fiber separation.

Average yield of dry fiber: ~7 t/h

Raw material: 70% softwood chips, 30% hardwood chips

Steam consumption: 5.5 tons/hour, 1.6 mpa (for supporting boiler pressure requirements)

Compressed air consumption: 1.0 m3 / h (dry clean fresh air 0.6 mpa)

Sealing water consumption: 25 l/min, up to 15 L/min can be reused (general cooling water consumption: 150~350 L/min)

Motor cooling water consumption: 300 L/min
